FXXXYBLNT continues to push the creative boundaries of electronic music through sample-based hiphop and savvy production skillset. On a purely musical level, “Take Me There” makes excellent use of Touurs’ tweaked vocals with shifting pitches and speed, carefully interlocking chipmuck-soul with stuttering sonic details that reveal fold and layers on repeated listens. Everything here sparkles like honey poured in the headphones: just the right amount of heavenly pleasure dripping to the ears.

There is no question that the Filipino producer is indeed a musical genius that never runs out of fresh ideas. “Take Me There” is a solid proof that he isn’t going anywhere but up.

While everybody busied themselves NYE with obligatory convivialities and fruitless vows, Filipino producer FXXXYBLNT was capping off a personally successful year with the release of a stellar “Take Me There” track that features some deft handiwork from Philadelpha producer, Touurs. The instrumental itself exhibits a crisply electronic sound, supplemented in part by chopped and screwed vocals, and also by rigid synths and boomy bass underneath it all. An exciting ambiance emerges, and with it, a year that the Filipino hopes to move forward confidently into.

Filipino producer, FXXXYBLNT, presented his fans with a fresh track release as 2013 closed off, and many are sure to appreciate the gesture, as “Take Me There” proves to be purchase worthy material indeed. Aunque lo conocimos ya con un par de temas destacados (cuales tenían buen cantidad de reproducciones), ahora que llega a los miles de plays en apenas una quincena nos damos cuenta de lo rápido que ha avanzado este productor filipino. Esto me asombra porque muchos no tienen la suerte de FXXXYBLNT. Ha hecho las cosas bien, me queda claro, pero hay otros tantos que también han seguido un camino de calidad impecable y les cuesta cinco o seis veces más llegar a tener la base de fans de la que hoy goza este joven. Para su nueva entrega, misma que se mantiene en formato de sencillo, ha hecho alianza con aquella banda que tuviera que agregarse una “u” extra en su nombre para evitar confusiones y demás conflictos. Hablo de Touurs, otro de esos artistas que tienes muy en mente cuando andas deseoso de beats diseñados para los momentos íntimos con tu pareja, dígase remix o trabajo propio. Ya con esto, es evidente que “Take Me There” vuelve a cumplir con las altas expectativas.
